The Ronald McDonald House of Hershey, PA was happy to see Bobbi Blubaugh arrive on Monday, April 30, 2012.  Bobbi, a gifted teacher for the Waynesboro Area School District, delivered over 600,000 tabs (400 lbs./$300) that had been collected by the students and teachers in the district over the past two semesters.

Collecting pop tabs is a great way to teach kids about philanthropy and the importance of recycling, and raise funds to help children and their families at the same time. 

Please consider keeping a container at your house for collection...
and then send them to a local school for donation! 
  
 Refinancing Saves District $500,000 Minimize
Refinancing a series of the High School's construction bonds saves the district one-half a million dollars over what was budgeted.  A similar savings is hoped for next year when the next series of bonds is eligible for being recalled and refinanced.
